Notice can be given any time after Your order has been placed, up until 14 days from the day after You have received Your order. Notice of contract cancellation under the DSRs must be given by email to: starstable@wackes.com
For orders cancelled under the DSRs, the Company will issue You with a full refund including the shipping cost. However, You will need to return the entire order to the Company by secure means to ensure it reaches the Company in good condition, at Your own cost.
All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country.
Please include the following information in Your message when You contact Company:
– Your name
– Order number
– Names and amounts of the Products that you wish to return
– The reason why you want to return the products (wrong size, faulty product etc.)
Your order will be invoiced in USD/EUR. When payment is made in another currency, we will use mid-rate of exchange in all transactions. We cannot take responsibility for currency fluctuations in either direction even in the case of returns or exchanges.

Shipping charges are added when applicable and they may vary in accordance with the shipping destination and other applicable practical factors.
